Anyone can browse for free. To list a business, subscribe for that business — 14 days free, then billed automatically. Adding more businesses just means subscribing again for each one.
14-day free trial per business, then:

- • Upload a photo for your listing
- • Appears in search & category browsing
- • Priority placement in search results

Billed $96 once a year per business, after its trial ends — 2 months free vs. monthly.
A card is required to start a trial. You won't be charged until the 14 days are up, and you can cancel any individual business's subscription any time from your profile.
