1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using usmongol.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What we do
usmongol.com is a directory where anyone can browse Mongolian-owned and Mongolian-friendly businesses across the United States for free. Business owners can create an account to list their business, subject to an active subscription for that listing.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe to a listing.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Each business listing requires its own subscription, billed monthly or yearly. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial; you won't be charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You can cancel any individual business's subscription at any time from your profile's "Manage billing" link, which opens our secure billing portal — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. If a subscription lapses or is canceled, the associated listing is unpublished until it's resubscribed.
5. Business listings
You may only list a business you own or are authorized to represent. Listings must be accurate and not misleading. We may remove any listing that violates these terms, contains false information, or is reported as fraudulent.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content, to scrape or harvest data at scale, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
7. Content and photos
You retain ownership of the content and photos you upload, but you grant us a license to display them on the Service as part of your listing. Don't upload content you don't have the rights to use.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy of listings submitted by business owners, and we're not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by listed businesses.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, usmongol.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
